What a great day for losing baby weight!
I had my usual porridge for breakfast, competing with The Witchlings for the last drops of milk!
Lunch was a jacket potato with heaps of baked beans and NO butter!
Dinner was Quorn fillets and pasta in a mushroom sauce. Tres yum!
I even had a banana chopped into low fat toffee yoghurt as pudding!
And all of the above still left me with plenty of energy to play with The Witchlings in the evening and not go to bed hungry. Not for me are lettuce leaves and grapefruits and fasting on days that start with a T! I’m a parent, so I need energy and I need to be able to think straight while I juggle nit combing long wet hair, cleaning the kitchen and creating a fabulous 60’s outfit for Witchling 10 from thin air for this morning!
My pearl of weight loss wisdom today is NEVER EVER let yourself go hungry! There is no need. If you are hungry - EAT. Just choose healthy, filling, wholesome food instead of rubbish! You’ll be surprised how filling a banana is compared to a bar of dairy milk!
